Booking Policy

We require a deposit upon booking all hair appointments, this can be paid in salon, via a text link or when booking online.

The amount may vary depending on the type/ length of service you are booking. If the appointment has not been secured by a deposit within 24hrs of booking, it will be removed. Should you need to cancel within 48 hours of your booking or not show up on the day, you will not be refunded, that being said, we will always do our best to accommodate for all situations.

Should you need to cancel before 48hrs, the deposit can be refunded or held for your next appointment. For clients visiting on a regular basis, we can hold a deposit on your account, which can be rolled over for each appointment.
